I Feel Pretty

 You wouldn’t believe it if I told you, but I’m gonna tell you anyway…  nice weather in Chicago actually exists.  It’s true.  I hope you were sitting down, otherwise you’re most likely laying on the floor in a crumbled heap after that sentence caused you to faint*. 

 

Spring is in the air, my friends!!!  Just in time for Summer to wake its lazy tush up and make an appearance.  Not to make you jealous (though you should be), Chicago is THE place to live when the weather is cooperative.   The parks are lovely and bloomin’ like an onion at the Outback.  They don’t call it the “City in a Garden” for nothing.  I wonder what they call it between November and April…  the “City in a Bleak, Arctic Location That Makes You Wonder Why You Ever Moved Here” gets my vote.
