Forgive my extended absence!  Free time has been few and far between since the start of grad school and photography was put on the back-burner to make room for statistics.  Guess which one I’d rather be focusing on?    

Nevertheless, I was itchin’ to pick up the camera again and yesterday was the first weather-cooperative day of 2010.  I brought my camera to work and wandered through Grant Park and Millenium Park during lunch to shoot some of Chicago’s dazzling scenery.  Winter aside, I think Chicago is one of the best cities in the world and for me, it was truly love at first sight.  With any luck, these pictures will explain why.  Enjoy!
